STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS

GUARDIAN INDUSTRIAL (UK)

DEPM – Design, Engineers and Project Managers is a division of Guardian Industrial (UK) Group Ltd.

The design element covers everything from new build houses and industrial units to loft conversions and extensions on existing buildings, as well as restoring historical sites such as Eggbuckland Keep and Drakes Island.

This design work is done by the engineers on the team (civil engineers for below ground works and structural engineers for everything above ground) who work with architects to create the drawings for each project and are also responsible for deciding what materials need to be used in these designs and for getting the jobs priced up.

Our project managers take over when the project goes live and into construction and ensure that everything on site runs smoothly, co-ordinating site managers, sub-contractors and suppliers as well as liaising with clients.
